We ship only to the lower contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will ship to other countries and areas on a case-by-case basis and will provide you a shipping quote before confirming the order. We will not arrange shipping large freight items overseas. It will be up to the client to arrange an overseas freight carrier. If interested in purchasing from a country outside the U.S., any U.S. territories, or the states of Alaska or Hawaii, please e-mail us or contact us through the "Contact Us" page with a list of products you are interested in, and the address you want products shipped to. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Below are descriptions of the different delivery options for a majority of furniture orders.
You will be able to select your delivery preference when you are checking out. You can try different shipping options and click the ‘Update' button on the checkout page to see real time shipping fee calculations on the website. These shipping methods require signed delivery acceptance upon receipt of goods. The freight company will arrange a delivery time by contacting you 1 day prior to anticipated delivery date.
If you require any additional considerations (e.g. more than 2 flights of stairs with inside delivery), please contact us and give us as much specifics as possible, and we will get back to you with a customized delivery quote as soon as possible.
Note: Smaller items like accessories and smaller pieces of furniture, which ship by common carrier like UPS or FedEx, cannot have 'Inside Delivery' or 'White Glove Delivery' applied. If either of these shipping options is selected with a smaller item in cart, we will contact you to inform you of items that cannot have upgraded shipping, and a refund for difference in shipping cost will be issued.
Delivery times average 4 weeks since we use freight companies to ensure careful handling of your order.
Product Assembly: Most of our furniture is shipped unassembled. This helps keep shipping costs down, and also prevents damage to the furniture. Moderate assembly is required on most wooden furniture. Easy assembly (legs screwed on to sofa) is required on most sofas. If you select white glove delivery, 30 minutes of assembly time is included as part of the delivery, which should be sufficient time to assemble a majority of the pieces. Simple tools like screw drivers, hammers, and wrenches are sufficient to assemble most of our furniture.
There is a 15-day refund guarantee on most merchandise (excluding special order or discontinued clearance items) for any reason. Please either e-mail or contact us through the "Contact Us" page with your intent to return the item.
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us before sending the item or it will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insuring the item, and any damage claims needed on the return. Pack and seal the return item well. Note, in some cases we absorb some of the shipping costs on sales of large items, hence return shipping may cost more than shipping paid at time of purchase (we will provide you with shipping invoices upon request). Once you contact us with intent to return an item, we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote. You may use shipping companies of your choice for returns, but only upon approval of shipping method and delivery time by us. Item must reach us in undamaged condition to get a refund.
A 15% restocking fees will be assessed on all returns in addition to two-way shipping costs.
Merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packing materials, inserts, instructions, manuals, warranties, and accessories.
We will inspect and test all returned merchandise for damage and missing parts and may refuse returned merchandise based on our findings. If you use your own shipping company, we recommend that all returns be insured by shipper and packed properly per the shipper's guidelines.
In the rare situation that you receive damaged merchandise, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign, and contact us as soon as possible thereafter. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. Keep all packing materials and merchandise as they arrived for return. We will inform you of what to do. Order Cancellation Policy
Customer has 24 hours to cancel an order once it is placed, excluding weekends. There will be no cancellation charge assessed. In the rare chance that the product has shipped within this 24 hour period, you are responsible for two way shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Any charges will be deducted from your refund.
Out of Stock Policy
If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you within a few business days upon receipt of the order. We will inform you via e-mail or telephone of the shipping schedule. If the proposed delivery schedule is not satisfactory, we will give you a full refund. If you agree to the new ship time and then cancel at a later date but before item ships, we will process a refund minus any cancellation fees.
We extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, most items may be returned to us by contacting us within 15 days of receiving your order. The return item must be in excellent condition. We will issue you a refund less any processing and shipping fees. See our Return Policy below.
